Heads up, all you Skype VOIP users… your service will be down for at least 12-24 hours. Skype Limited has released a notification on their website that states:
UPDATED 14:02 GMT: Some of you may be having problems logging into Skype. Our engineering team has determined that it’s a software issue. We expect this to be resolved within 12 to 24 hours. Meanwhile, you can simply leave your Skype client running and as soon as the issue is resolved, you will be logged in. We apologize for the inconvenience. Additionally, downloads of Skype have been temporarily disabled. We will make downloads available again as quickly as possible.
Oops!

Many apologies for the borked appearance of the blog inside the last 48 hours… apparently Ideazon’s Merc keyboard is SO devestatingly cool, it obliterates anything around it in true Ground Zero fashion. Damage control has been done, and hopefully SOMEONE has learned his lesson to go a little easier on the emphasizing with a bazillion span tags! *peers over at Stephen*
On another note, for all you Mac people out there, I give you this:

It’s beautiful, it’s stunning, and it’s something that makes me wish Macs were a more viable solution for hardcore gamers. But I digress. What you are looking at is the new Aluminum keyboard offering from Apple, and it comes in both wired and wireless (pictured above). The wireless version utilizes Bluetooth technology, so while it’s not great for gaming, you’re sure as heck going to look like a hot tamale doing whatever it is you do on your Mac (we know better than to ask). The wired keyboard features two USB ports, so while it’s not quite as sleek as its wireless sister, you’ll have another spot to plug in your iPod, iFish, iSpeakers, iLife, and iWhatever-They-Come-Up-With-Next-To-Butcher-The-i-Name-A-Little-More.
The price is pretty decent, at $49.00 and $79.00 for the wired and wireless, respectively, so if you’re the type who MUST have the coolest, latest, greatest, sexy peripheral for your Mac, be sure to pick this baby up.

We’re slowly getting That Computer Show up and running, and adding pages that highlight all the cool things about us on top of the guys updating the blog every couple of days, which is AWESOME! The people round these parts are all humming the same tune right now… “WoW:TCG Regionals and Fires of the Outland Sneak Preview!”
All right, so how they’re humming that quip I’m not quite sure, but nevertheless, some are heading up Friday, some Saturday, to the big Star City WoW:TCG regionals in Charlotte, NC. Our best people will be on the floor, reporting to you LIVE (and by live, we mean a day or so after we’re done wiping the floor with people!) about what’s gone on.
On another note, I’ve picked up a cold from somewhere and am trying to rid myself of it before said tournament. But being stuffy always reminds me of the heartwarming story, written by Violet of ViolentAcres.com called What Would Happen if You Bought 25 Bottles of Nyquil? If you’re in the mood for a good laugh, there you go, though fair warning: if you’re offended by f-bombs and whatnot (though sadly, we now hear worse on cable TV), avoid the article. However, if you’re not, prepare for an adventure!!
